The sidewalks of the principal calzadas of Havana - the wide colonnaded boulevards that traverse the historic city - are decorated with the advertisements and lettering of long-gone businesses. In the summer of 2024, I began creating a photo archive of this historic but rapidly-disappearing sidewalk lettering. Below are some of my favorites from the collection.
